The wonders of just messing around one night and being surprised how doable a level is with fast monsters active!

The start seems like something that'd be impossible to get out of with fast monsters active. 1919 monsters, one giant room, and you're surrounded on all sides by monsters. Amusingly enough, the infinite rocket launcher spits out rockets fast enough that you can clear a path through the imps to the other side with a relatively high chance of success.

That still leaves the issue of what to do when you get on the other side. Look for a group of hell knights guarding a switch. You'll have to run for a mega near them, then rocket your way to the switch and grab another mega on the way as you take a metric boatload of damage during this.

Thankfully when you hit that switch, the exit opens and you get an infinite BFG & invul sphere. You now have to haul ass to the exit because there's a large group of viles there and you won't have a chance of surviving if there's any alive before the invul runs out. Come at the exit from the side and not in front to have a better chance of getting there without getting sent halfway across the arena by vile blasts.

Once those viles are dead, start thinning the rev horde. When your invul is about to run out, that's your cue to go back to the other side. You could try staying on the rev side to clean up the remaining revs, but that's a rather risky move. Safer to go back to the other side and do a horseshoe method going to each clump of cacos & hell knights a couple times until some of the revs die to infighting so you can go back there and finish the job.

Once the revs are all dead or close to it, pick whichever group of cacos & hell knights you want to focus fire on and clean them up, grabbing a mega as needed since you'll likely take some damage when you have to change directions. Exit when the dust settles.

Honestly, really good time here. Maybe could shave a second or two off if you're really good with the BFG.
