This map is so special for me because this was the first "real slaughter" map i did play back in 2016, i think.
I didn't know it's called "slaughter" back then and was actually surprised that this type of gameplay exists. Couldn't
figure out the progression and my skill clearly wasn't enough to play it so i had to watch the demo for this map.
Eventually i did beat it casually but thought that i have to develop some skills to beat it single segment. Also, the time...
It's actually difficult to achieve the sub 1 hour time on that map. There are many "two-shotting cyber" encounters, plus
you have to tag all the secrets, and most of them require platforming skills. Nothing too tricky but this might cause some
problems if you're aiming to have a decent time on that map (or even beat the record)...probably besides the "raising blue
torch" stair builder thing right before the final building where you have to run quickly around that torch as it raises.
Still, it's not that tricky if you're not going for the faster time, but if you fall off, beware of the damaging floors between
the platforms (20hp!).

Now, to the run.
Took ToD's route for most of the map with some changes.
At the start i try to trigger infighting between the chaingunners for both faster clean up and saving more rockets. I also kill
the teleporting arch-vile here. After that i just try to play as fast and also as safe as i can because i want to save the megasphere
in the rev-arch cave for later. My goal is to enter the first dungeon with at least 100% HP and armor. Need that megasphere because
there is a chance that one (?) of these three cybers in the RSK alcove will screw you. For some reason i got too nervous here and ate
one rocket but survived. Immediately took that spare megasphere.

Later, ate another cyber's rocket in the arch-viles+cyber area right after the cybers pit. That was too unnecessary and i absolutely
deserved to die there but somehow survived. After that, triggered all first 10 secrets. It's not hard at all but can make you anxious
if you try to do it quickly.

HOM 2-shot area and YSK 2-shot "mountain" went smooth enough. Outside area was also decent. However, there were no infighting between
cyber and cacos on the bridge. Good thing i had enough cells for everything.

You have to enter the YSK building at ~30 minutes at least. I did so at 30:04 so the pace was good to continue the run.

After the revenant fight you have to press 3+3 switches that release arch-viles and i absolutely screwed these encounters. Never ever
had any problems here during my practice sessions but on that run i performed much worse there. So had to take all 3 available megaspheres.
Two-shotting here went...okay'ish. Could be MUCH better if i wasn't that nervous after arch-vile fights - failed some two-shots and had to
kill some cybers with SSG. And as such, lost some time.

Next area i want to talk about is the area with 3 alcoves with mancs, arachnotrons and cybers. There is also closet with cacos
but you can't go there. This area went okay mostly, and i used some sort of "cheese" there - you can shot some BFG balls at cybers from one
spot where they can't hurt you. Cleaned up everything here and tagged all secrets. Nothing really to say here.

And after that, proceeded to do "raising blue torch" thing. At this point doing that thing is nerve wrecking, tbh. But i did it first try.

And after that, proceeded to the final building. Even though i had one nasty close-call, everything went good there.

I hope that whoever watches this demo/video enjoys :)
