for the skip at 9:51 and the arch-vile jump at 12:07.

Had to use lots of tricks for this one. Lots of stupid mistakes here and there which made me lose
many runs. As I only really had weekends to play, having to wait a whole week before the next
attempts was really frustrating, especially if I had a good attempt where I made it far.

You have to do so many tricks. The last difficult trick (the one at 18:54) you have one chance at
doing. Failing that means it's game over. Somehow I never actually failed that one lol,
but I did die many times at 8:03. I refer to it as the "filter fight of the map" because getting past it is
rare, and it's what filters a good run from a medium or subpar one. Had lots of deaths near the ending
as well. Those were some of the most painful ones. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b2GXAMtB7Po if you're curious.

Was running this on Nightmare fun? Eh, even though this is one of my favorite maps with one of my
favorite doom MIDIs of all time, playing it on Nightmare is a bit of a mixed bag, perhaps
unsurprisingly. I would've preferred a little more action personally. There are just too many tricks, a
bunch of waiting :/ and too little combat in this, even if there are fun moments. But I suppose that's
what happens when you try to beat a slaughter map on Nightmare right? But still, as always, for the
sheer accomplishment of completing this iconic map on Nightmare (with all secrets), it's easily worth it.

I have found some other slaughter maps possible on Nightmare. It's a bit of a gamble whether one is
fun or not. Most of the time, you have to find ways to skip fights altogether, but sometimes, the fights
are possible with some unconventional strategy. That's where things get really interesting in my opinion.

Watch the video with captions, I think I explained most things pretty well there.
I don't see the necessity for any explanations here.
