BLRSS2025 is a compilation of 17 gift maps by Broken Lamp Records, a mapping team of mainly weird transfems/enbies/therians with a
bunch of eclectic tastes in doom. Each mapper posted a prompt of what they like in a map, then were arranged in a loop and had to
map for the next person down based on their prompt, while being secretly mapped for by the next person up (structured like the PPSS series.)
Development started in late November 2025 and was done by early February 2026, co-lead by Phoenyx and ivymagnapinna. Phoenyx set the project
in motion initially and handled much of the final playtesting and compilation, and ivy handled the resources and dehacked (compiled from
a bunch of sources credited below). The gift order was set up by Synami, and it led to an incredibly varied, strange, surprisingly well-paced
megawad, with many of the maps being very experimental or outside the comfort zone for their authors. The average player is encouraged to
take it at their own pace, skip around, and generally do everything to make it easier on themself if they wish; as long as you're getting
something out of the wad, you're playing it right. (Skill settings are implemented sporadically, as each map was meant to be tailored to one
person who wouldn't necessarily need multiple versions of the experience. ITYTD still exists, though.) There's something for everyone in here,
whether you like adventure, exploration, tight combat, classic-style challenge, puzzles, platforming, macroslaughter, complete and utter jank,
Minesweeper...

Have fun!

01: Cradles of Civilisation
by Phoenyx, for Rose Holmes
Music: Jamie Robertson - The Hunt

i like atmospheric adventure maps, and also traditional maps ^-^

my favourite maps are ones that are nature themed or have a kind of magical feeling to them. im not a fan of abstract themed maps

i like it when maps have something cool in them,,,, like a giant monolith, or some kind of cinematic event that happens, things that
feel kinda like little cutscenes you know

i like gimmicky things a lot

im not a fan of slaughtermaps or maps that are really difficult. i don't like it when all of the combat takes place in arenas

my favourite enemies are pain elementals, revenants, and archviles, and my least favourite is barons of hell

		- Rose Holmes

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR! I played Road to Hades in prep for this, which I loved a lot btw, so I wanted to make a map that
emulates your style to some extent and plays off of motifs from some maps from that WAD (ended up being some way more than others lmao),
whilst also injecting some of my mapping styles into it. This map is more tame than most of my maps, but still hopefully a little
challenging. If you wanna stream this in VC, please ping me and I'll come watch! I really hope you enjoy ❤️

02: The Mystery on Manor Lane
by Rose Holmes, for Christophine Place
Music: stewboy - The Ratway

Favourite map genres: Puzzle, adventure, ammo starvation/berserk heavy.

What I like in maps: Easy difficulty, stock textures (or edits of stock textures like patchtex), focus on the rocket launcher and plasma
rifle, Plutonia's monster roster (imps, chaingunners, revenants, archviles), close quarters combats, natural environments, old building
interiors such as mansions, ruins, and castles, atmospheric maps, environmental/traditional puzzles, and DOOM CUTE!

What I don't like in maps: Abstract environments (like in Sunlust and so on), platforming, difficult slaughter, combat puzzles,
ridiculous custom monsters (like Afrits or Mr X), gotcha traps, flashy light sequences, the regular shotgun, texture packs like CC4-Tex
	and Otex.

Music: Midis. Not a lot of preference, I like atmospheric and pleasant songs, such as stewboy's work.

Additional stuff: I like limited use of colours in maps, such as in Dark Dome from Eternal Doom. My favourite colour/texture parings are
usually wood, metal, stone, bricks, liquids, dirt, and rocks. My favourite colours are red and brown. I love cats, Radiohead, point and
click games, Undertale, and drama films.

		- Christophine Place

	Merry Christmas @Christophine Place =^w^=
This is an abandoned mansion being overrun by.... nature?
If I had to describe what I was aiming for in one word, it would be "Scooby-Doo" :)

04: Catnip Forest
by sue, Phoenyx & ivymagnapinna, for Debora
Music: stewboy - Daybreak

	>What are your favourite genres of maps?
I don't really like slaughter that much, I like traditional maps, but my favourite have to be adventure.
I like adventure because I can usually sneak in sceneries the player simply has to wonder around and chill in total peace.
I particularly like puzzle maps as they challenge the way one perceives the game!

	>Favourite type of music in Doom maps?
Most likely midis, don't mind other types but midis fit doom quite well (duh).
I LOVE, stewboy's midis! Other than that I have no personal preferences, up to you whether you follow this or not, but it has to be
	something calm!! 🐱

	>Things to mention?
Spring colours are fine, I will attach something that may help guide your soul through this adventure..
If possible, I would love for this to not have any monsters in, but if you really feel like adding them, I would like to have ammo and
	health scarcity.
The photo I left is a reference, it's not what I want to see, but what I want to feel! (I like the breeze of a spring morning!)
I really like water puddles, after all what is a spring without some rain?
Also, I want the player start area to have a bike midtexture, I love bikes and I LOVE midtextures trickeries

	Oh, just one more thing...

I LOVE doomcute, if you love doomcutes please add them in secrets!!!

	Good luck and have fun 🐱 🐱 🐱 🐱 🐱 🐱 🐱

		- Debora

	@Debora meow 🐱
sue started this map but ended up not being able to finish it, so phoe and i added some more areas/polish to it and here it is! it's got
nomo, puzzles, platforming, doomcute, a bit of exploration, and hopefully the vibe you wanted. phoe did all the complicated stuff, she's
	the real mvp here
	(@sue @Phoenyx it's done yaaay)

05: Crystal Ouroboros
by Debora, for WASDBee
Music: stewboy - Death's Toll

Favourite genres/tropes: slotter, uhhhhh, big maps, small maps, weird maps, racing maps, silly gimmicks, weird nomo adventures, heartfelt
moodmaps, most importantly - whatever you want to express, but also castles, I love castles, quake ruined my tastes.
Trees and other nature things are nice, especially when mixed with tech stuff in unusual ways. Also ALLCOLOR stuff or similarly bright
stuff is always good, whether or not it's an accent or the main theme. And wild bookcases.
Basically varied and contrasting ideas/themes are my fave, e.g. stuff that combines relatively grounded architecture with
abstract/surreal stuff, or fleshy stuff in the middle of a techbase, or different styles of gameplay, etc.
Also if there's a HMP option, that's always cool because I'm not that good at doome, but don't worry about it if it's hassle, I'll just
rewind spam or iddqd if I have to lol.

Favourite (doom) music/midis: pretty much anything by Knightrider of Doom, prog rock, black/death/doom/thrash/power metal, dnb,
breakcore, hypertrance, lofi, retro-gamey, touhou, zzzv, speedcore, happy hardcore, happy beecore, solemn ribbikscore, now I'm just
saying wordscore, as by stevie wonder

Favourite colour: Purple, black, yellow, green, red, blue, (maybe in that order Idk), bright high contrast primary colours make brain
happy, subtle shades and pastel shades are nice too though, go wild

also OIRONL81 to OIRONL96 my beloved

Hapi nnew year and merry christmas 🐱 🐱 🐱
I hope you like castles 🐱 also shoutout to ivy and evaaaaaaaa

by WASDBee, for signaturereverie
Music: WASDBee - Molasses

hi im eva "signaturereverie" reverie and this is the ummmm the uhhhh the ummmmm uhhhhhhhh

i was thinking anything goes but im actually thinking it would be sick to get a massive exploration map with light platforming and pretty
much no combat . because i find myself really enjoying making those kinds of maps and it would be really cool to see someone else tackle
it . you could even throw in a few puzzles if youre keen on that

for music pretty much anything goes but uhhhhhhhh electronic type idm type midi music is a neat thing i just thought of that ive almost
never seen so you could try that if you can make those . like you can make lightly distorted 808s in midi ive done it so you can too

i think i want a pretty map . pretty map with lots of stuff . you can do it i believe in you

thats it ? thats probably it

ahhh hmmmmmm i just played the intermission map from bb2025 and thats a very good one . i might say thats pretty spot on in terms of
	general style

		- signaturereverie

This is nothing like the intermission map from bb2025, Idk how to make that, my brain isn't that shape. Uh, I hope you like what I did
make though, no worries if not. Feel free to cheat if you don't like parts or whatever.
Difficulty levels are implemented, Skill 4 is kinda the default, uh, spoilers if you don't use extended hub to see the stats ig, but
Skill 1/2 is for true NoMo, but Skill 4/5 is mostly NoMo anyway though, Skill 3 is just Skill 4 but a bit easier.

A couple parts aren't 100% finished because I ran out of brain, I might flesh out some stuff if I can before the deadline, Idk.

Also it needs the included v8 version of the resources, which is why it's a drive link, I'm sorry @i\\v//y 😭
I should have sent stuff as I was going but I just wanted to work on it without having to be like: "please add this", "wait, it doesn't
work, please add this instead", "wait it doesn't work, please add this instead", etc. I will message to sort it out, and it shouldn't be
too complicated, but rn I just kinda wanna be not looking at the map for a bit :furryrelieved: (not that I didn't (mostly) really enjoy
making this; it's basically the opposite of my mapping comfort zone, but it's been a fun and interesting challenge)

by signaturereverie, for Saipiam
Music: signaturereverie - groundup

Favorite genres: gimmicky maps (sugar collider from j3, the womb from sunlust), chill slotter like junkfood/fastfood, smol maps, turning
doom into an entirely different game (twogers map04/12), challenge maps

i like maps that have a funky/artistic use of doom textures (like plorb's wads :plerbling:), mix of different themes, surreal maps,
colorful maps, doomcute and/or replicating irl stuff in doome, platforming is pretty pawsome too. my fav weapons are rl and bfg but any
	weapon is fine :3

feel free to check my doom wiki page if u want more inspiration :plerb3c:

Favorite music: tracker music my beloved, feel free to choose whatever fits the level the most :3c

Favorite colors: purrple, red, blue (feel free to add others tho) :33

heyo ! youre the lucky one to get a map the earliest . i saw the bit in your prompt about turning doom into a different game and zeroed in

Zenith - Hold On | Tiger/(HAVOC,Istar) - awV | heatbeat/cncd - weirdsound | SONIC - BEING ALIVE | -=YAZ=- - Haunted

	moe points:
recently i've liked more tame-combat atmospheric focus level design but if slaughter is what your heart desires, listen to your heart
i like nicolas monti's retroish style but also 10x10's maximalism. i'd really like to see some cool vanillatex usage. else i like rtp/
	duke-type tex
nonlinearity is a big green flag for me, as well as surreal/liminal spaces. if anything i just want to feel a little lost
it would be nice to feel like an urbexer lost in a rundown building or alice in wonderland
all this forgotten, whatever you make should make you happy too

	music: show me something new
color: anything really brave or really warm
slaughter: if you like, but i'm very rusty at most things save for rocket and ssg combat
	merry: holidays
	take care! : 3

09: Postal Index Number Not Available
by bsharp, for ivymagnapinna
Music: Chick Corea & Return to Forever - Song to the Pharoah Kings | [alt] Benjamin Lewis - Reunion Balefire

these are suggestions, but above all else just make something you feel strongly about within your abilities and i'll appreciate it :D

	setting:
tight/vertical/adventurous layouts. plurality of routes, especially involving jumps/environmental reshaping. high lighting contrast just
about everywhere (i especially love sharp shadows and dark areas with peripheral bright lights). well-placed light blinks/glows. getting
the most out of simpler geometry over microdetailing. grimy, industrial, crumpets-y, urban, natural, or implacable places. geometry that
stands out (highly angular, spiny, curvy, orthognal, you name it). ceilings too high/pits too deep to see. towers. sector monsters.
starry skies. liquid flows. cool use of invisible floors (eg lonesome road 07 laser platforms). i like it when a map feels like it took
me on a journey, even a small one.

	gameplay:
tourniquet-brand flowy and engaging stuff, tight tyson/low-tech fights, drop ambuses, raise ambushes, any sudden environmental reshaping,
death-destiny-brand aggression, "ribbiks statues" (storing enemies behind invisible walls to show them off before they're activated),
intimidating presentation, slaughter that feels more overwhelming than it is. escapable ambushes over timed lock-ins, ammo restriction
over bfg/rocket spam. nomo wandering. secrets that exist for the sake of it being fun to find things. can't really do cooked
	slaughter/platforming/speedrunner tech.

	music:
zzzv, ribbiks, jazz midis, ultimate guitar midis (eg cheesymozarella and progbass92), heretic soundtrack midis, groovy tracker music,
really anything goes if you think it's fitting. i like when a map feels designed around its music.

10: Pinkie Pie Kisses Mares
by ivymagnapinna, for HEXWALKER
Music: msx - blot [early] | msx - surface wellness | msx - place5+changes

Genre: I like maps that are a bit all over the place and tend to have a high concept (maybe even pretentious) twist somewhere in them. I
love sector art and insane light-sequences. Ancient Aliens MAP18 and 24, GOODWAD MAP14 and 26, and fore/vr/ alone MAP31 are all good
examples of maps that I like. Scale, slaughter, platforming, building the encounters around specific weapons. I like my slaughter to look
imposing at first glance but the player should feel like they can overcome impossible odds if they just keep going, never by just pure
chance, there is a method to the madness. Even if the map is silly or upbeat, atmosphere is key. Other than all that, go crazy with it,
	run wild!

Music: I prefer modules more than anything. I don’t mind MIDI or OGG, but I have a bias toward modules due to the wads I spent most of my
time playing (SUGOI trilogy, Time Tripper, GOODWAD, can you tell ive been listening to msx for a very long time?) I don’t mind music
changes as well, last year I put out a map with three midis in it and it was lovely.

Palette: keep it as colorful as you can, but make it mean something. Bright colors in a window should contrast a dark hallway. Making
colors like that pop makes it feel like the colors are flowing into the room. I have a bias towards deep blues and bright magentas, but
I also like bright yellows, oranges, and deep purples. I also enjoy balancing those colors out with grays and dark greens, anything that
	keeps the atmosphere in tact.

Make sure you have fun and make the map feel like it should be split into three maps! Thats a joke, unless..?

that should cover everything i think? let me know if i need to expand on anything further. cheers!

		- HEXWALKER

	happy belated hearth's warming @HEXWALKER !!!
this was a ton of fun to make, mostly zeroed in on the "sense of scale" and "3-part map" parts of your prompt, so it's pretty big.
platforming is present but i'm bad at gauging platforming difficulty (or doing difficult platforming) so it's mostly played safe. not the
most colorful thing i've made but it comes in bright splashes you'll hopefully enjoy. most inspiration came from the vibes of the 3
	modules i decided on. have fun (\ ^u^ /)

Music: Radix & xyce - Rainbow Dash

Aesthetics: artistic use of weird colorful 90s looking textures (doom 1-exclusive (compohso, brovine etc) and lostres textures (also my
own textures :plerb3c:) are some of my favs). I really like harsh contrasting lighting and shadows. My fav colors are purrple, magenta,
green and blue but feel free to use other colors :plerb3c: i really like starry night skies and i dont like doom 2's stock skies

Layouts: sharp, angular (as opposed to curvetool spam) mostly non-orthogonal layout designs, nonlinear explorationy stuff with funky
progression that can involve parkouring around, and the use of weird niche linedef types to transform the environment in funky ways
(e.g. donut, raising floor to ceiling (crushes), boom elevators, conveyors, stuff more interesting than standard doors and lifts though i
like seeing interesting uses of those too) :plerbling:

Gameplay: I like just about all kinds of enemy encounters and levels of difficulty (save for like Actually impossible stuff i guess, if
the mapper can beat it themself its probably cool), tho i'm particularly fond of tight rocket launcher stuff :plerbling::transboom:

Music: I like midis and tracker music :plerbling: hard to put into words what my fav music styles are i guess look into the kinda music i
tend to use in my own maps (or just my own original compositions) and see if u can find stuff thats kinda similar to those

feel free to check out any of my more recent maps and stuff if u havent before and wanna get a better feel for my tastes :plerb3c:

oh yea also i like just about any setting but my fav setting is like, atmospheric old worn down techbase/industrial spaces decaying
	with nature

another fav theme is bright and colorful alien environments
any theme u go with is fine tho - w -

im sorry this was so last minute and i didnt get a lot of time to make it as nice as i wanted!!! it might also be a bit too hard,
but i know its not impossible (i tested all of the encounters while only saving in between them) i couldnt choose between worn down
techbase decaying with nature or colorful alien environments so i just did both. this map is only two days old at the time of writing
so i think this is the most competent i can make a map in two days, im still not a speedmapper at heart unfortunately. the music is
just something cool i had lying around that i like to listen to, and i hope youll enjoy it too, especially since i couldnt exactly zero
in on what youd like. i think the music works well. i really wish that i had come up with this one sooner so i could have polished it
a bit more but i was so sidetracked with compiling snow wave 2 and playing all of your maps that it really just kinda became too late
lmao. the previous iteration of this map was starting to become a beat for beat remake of your map "isotoxal" and i didnt want to just
do that, that iteration wasnt as colorful either. anyways sorry for the wait and i hope you enjoy my panic infused map with a lot of
	monsters on it!!!

12: Cycling Winds
by Plerb, for stephyesterday
Music: hermit - Cycling Winds

Favourite genres/tropes: cramped rocket-launcher micro-slaughter with lots of revs and cacos is a staple for me, but i also love some
low-key exploration in weird or complex environments. i like progression that's confusing or at least interesting, throw in lots of
platforming (gimmicks welcome and preferred) that fits in with the map's visual theming. forests with huge sector trees, hostile iron
dungeons, and brick-covered abandoned towns shrouded in darkness are some favorite settings. i like worlds more than maps.

Favourite (doom) music/midis: zan-zan-zawa-veia, cheeseymozarella, msx2plus, midi covers of real-ass songs, or weird and wack midis or
mods you randomly stumble upon that you think are cool or invoke a neat atmosphere. i trust your judgement.

Favourite colour: mint green and fuchsia, doom doesn't have these so either take those as a vibe influence or use lots of dark red/brick
	red and greens.

don't avoid anything, i love doom in it's entirety

		- stephyesterday

	merry christmas @stephyesterday :3c
foresty tight rocket launcher stuff, which is also a staple for me :plerb3c: thanks to sai for testing and also sending me the tracker
	song i used a while back :plerb3c:

Music: msx - wind | djamm - aquatic sensation | Pat le Bon - Starscroll | radix - superchip | Overworld from Anodyne |
Beyond - noname114 | Teque/Trauma - Machine G - G.G Mix

Favourite genres/tropes: Something beautiful, something stupid, something unforgivable. Horrific, hilarious, frightening, frivolous,
high concept, scary, malicious, stupid, evil, monstrous, forgiving, spiteful, villainous, heroic, unforgettable, already forgotten
Favourite music: Anything I’ve never heard before
	Favourite colour: ?

(At the risk of ruining the mystery of the prompt, if you need a more specific hint, you probably know this but my favourite mappers ever
	include deat, fumingboy and xulgonoth)

		- NiGHTS108

Surprise! Hope you enjoy, Nights, and sorry it took so long... hopefully it will make sense why. I was pretty worried at first when I got
you, as I don't think I can really make something to the level of deat or fumingbow, so instead I tried to focus on making a weird world
that I think you'd enjoy spending some time in, and not letting myself throw away any stupid ideas. This was the result!

by NiGHTS108, for chira
Music: Moon Fish - Prologue from Moon: Remix RPG Adventure

	genre? // nontraditional
more info? // do weird things that don't match with your genre. use strange enemy compositions in slaughter, glide progression in
otherwise normal seeming maps, adventure maps with big skips that make me feel clever, "puzzle combat" (not to be confused with combat
puzzle), etc. also i really like fights in rooms that feel way too small for the task but wind up being consistent somehow (ig pc2 map21
and 25 are good examples from more mainstream wads)
music? // i don't tend to pay much attention to the music these days, pick whatever you want
avoid? // roaming cybers in fights where they are expected to infight, viles mixed randomly into huge monster piles, any advice a
doomworlder would give to a new mapper, unguided glides, difficult platforming (unless it's really interesting)
other? // i guess both christmas maps i've been given are super weird and unique and i didn't like them at first but eventually came
around to them, if you make something that i seem to bounce off because it's too unapproachable or confusing or whatever don't worry
about it, there's a good chance you're doing something right
	i love girls

HI WELCUM TO MY LVL I HOPE U LUV IT LOL
Hi :xdd53153120598203958230958259038~1: Uh :xdd53153120598203958230958259038~1: Sorry for being so late you guessed it was me
:xdd53153120598203958230958259038~1: Really really dogshit map, hopefully in the kind of way you can appreciate 😌 Initially I was gonna
do something like Myself Isn't Here but on a larger scale, but I really couldn't think of a way to make that map idea interesting with
Myself Isn't Here already existing, nor did I particularly have motivation/time to make that . . . . . . . This map instead is inspired
mainly by your shorter maps, esp the Junkfood 4 ones, as always cheat if map is bad 😌 Requires v16 of res 😌 Also note for ivy or
Phoenyx whoever's compiling, map has a secret exit

15: across the winged city
by chira, for FlyingGoner
Music: Darius/Halley Labs - ugly nostalgia

	Favourite genres/tropes:
	Gameplay:
Big maps, long maps, huge maps, gigantic maps, gargantuan maps, "pretentious" and "megalomaniac" magnum opus maps. I do like shorter
levels too, anything that fits into 5min ~ 120min playlength is cool.
Interconnectivity and verticality (optionally non-linearity). Big and open spaces. Reusing/revisiting previous rooms.
Chaotic run-and-gun with high amount of enemies and items. Chaingun/Plasma based incidental combat. Layouts that are fun to just run
	around.
Macroslaughter. Chill BFG spam. Single fight with thousands of enemies. I prefer floor viles over turret viles.
	Projectile spam fights like Italo MAP20, HR2 MAP29 or APF MAP12 :).
Ridiculously big and spammy fights that somehow don't take too long to cleanup.
I'm bad at platforming/movement, but I enjoyed Sunder MAP11's platforming section.
I would really appreciate if the map doesn't have any shotgunners xddx

	Aesthetics:
Hell castles and hell caves. Hell cathedrals and Hell caverns even. REDROCK. Sector arch spam. Floor detail spam. DV2/NT style maps.
	HR2-esque brown ruins.
Antaresian techbase. Blocky megastructures. Plutonian bricks. Brutalism. Heaven. Snow. Natural landscape with a lot of trees.
I love it when the map has multiple visual themes. From techbase into landscapes into cities into caves into castles, etc.
Sector arts, silly shapes like stars or hearts.

some of my fave wads\mappers are: Altitude, DV2, Evit1&2, NT, antares, mouldy, HiMyNameIsChair, skillsaw, mechadon

Favourite (doom) music/midis: Long and epic progressive rock, ambient, anything Stewboy/Korp/LPad/AD79/Cammy would make. Outside of
Doom midis I like Carpenter Brut, Perturbator, Dan Terminus, other Hotline Miami 2 ish stuff. I'm not really picky with musics though,
whatever works with the map is fine

Favourite colour: Pink <3, pastel colours in general, white, gray, neon green, monochrome with light variation, black+red, white+red,
	black+white, black+gold, blue+gold, brown+green

16: LIVING IN A GODDAMN GARBAGE CAN
by FlyingGoner, for raddicted
Music: msx - Derelict Heart

genre/tropes: alot of secrets, adventure style gameplay, cool layout stuff, non linearity, broad strokes and simplicity over detailing,
oddball texturing, something with things that are not necessary to get in order to complete the map but the player can still discover,
something emotional, an interesting atmoshpere, open-ended combat that isnt too strict, anything where i can have a eureka moment,
maaaaybe some story elements if you're feeling bold, something i havent seen before, very vague thing im about to say here that doesnt
have that much of a connection with doom mapping but i enjoy deltarune (in turn undertale as well) and homestuck. do with that information
	what you will
stuff to avoid: microdetailing, ultra mega super hard tight combat, stairbuilder abuse, anything very very very slaughter focused,
	mixing otex and 32in64 together
music: zzzv, atmospheric tracks, if i were to get any more indepth it'd probably require posting like a playlist which would very likely
	get into copyrighted music

honestly this is all just "if you care, you care" stuff and you can do whatever you please with this map as long as you enjoy making it
(it can be a 64x64 unit box with an exit switch and id be fine with it as long as you said you enjoyed making it)

		- raddicted

Happy christmas and Merry New Year @rad (•̆ꈊ•̆ ) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I kept adding stuff and it became quite big. You probably can tell where I ran out of time xdddd
It's longer than 1 hour, has silly progression and somewhat softlockable, hope you enjoy!!!!!!

ZZZV - batqueen | ZZZV - diranir | ZZZV - almostru

Favourite Genres/tropes: I typically enjoy longer, challenging maps the most! Bonus points if its a linear gauntlet of fights (for
example, Cosmogenesis) rather than a open-ended challenge map (Entropy or Breathless). However, I still love the open-ended kind dearly.
I also love adventure maps, anything along the lines of Umbra or The Meadow at Dusk. Big maps, lots of secrets and areas to explore = big
thumbs-up from me! I'm not picky though, if these are too much to do in the time allowed, which will probably be around a month, then
surprise me! I'll play anything hehe. I'm not fussed about colour schemes either, though maybe try not doing black and red.

Favourite Music: Generally not too picky on this either, just make sure it fits the map. If you're making slaughter though, I lean more
towards preferring OGG or MOD music (stuff along the lines of Nefelibeta's 1x1 Map 17/ICGYA Map 32, or Kinetic's Ambrosia and 1x1 Map 20)

		- Phoenyx

	heeeere it is!!! meeerry january!!!

im not going to say anything about the map, just going to let it be all mysterious and the like
what i will say is, pleeease phoenyx let me know before you decide to play this map. i think the final fight isnt as polished as it
could be and would like to fix it up before then, but god im tired and am happy to let this thing go, even for a little bit until i
inevitably have to update it in probably an hour. as for everybody else who isnt phoenyx, play this map if you so please! it would be
helpful to know what needs changing so phoenyx can get the best experience :)
also load the map up with the provided resource. if there are any issues, let me know so i can fix them. man am i so happy to relax
